Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips is an international fast food restaurant known for its seafood and quick-service meals. They approached me to design Instagram post creatives for their upcoming sales and discounts. These designs were intended for use in paid ad campaigns to attract more customers and drive actual conversions.

Problem :
Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips had been running paid ads on Instagram, but their posts weren’t delivering results. Even though people were seeing the ads, there was little engagement, clicks, or conversions. The visuals lacked the ability to capture attention and clearly communicate the offers, which meant their ad spend was not generating the expected return.



Solution :
I designed a series of Instagram ad creatives focused on high-impact visuals: bold typography for discounts, appetizing food imagery, and clear layout hierarchy that emphasized the offer first. To help them envision the ads in real-world use, I also provided mockups of how the posts would look on Instagram. These creatives were tailored to perform better in paid campaigns, ensuring that viewers were not only exposed to the ad but also motivated to act.






Challenge :
The challenge was to create ad visuals optimized for fast food promotions — designs that would instantly grab attention, highlight deals/discounts, and prompt customers to click or visit. Since fast food ads need to look tasty, bold, and urgent, I had to balance appetizing visuals with a clear call-to-action, all while keeping the restaurant’s branding intact.
Summary :
My designs helped Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips turn their paid ads into conversion-oriented campaigns. Instead of just gaining impressions, the new visuals generated more clicks, interactions, and customer interest, making their marketing spend more effective. The project elevated their social media advertising with professional, engaging, and appetizing content that matched their fast food identity.
